My name is Mariska Kingma, married to Edwin and we have two daughters: Lynette and Myrthe. In 2015 I started in the Apeldoorn brokerage at a full-service office. At that time I was almost K-RMT and I was able to successfully complete this. Thanks to the knowledge and experience I gained, I was able to get started in the Utrecht region later on.  First in Nieuwegein and soon to the second location in Utrecht. After two years of studying, having drawn up a portfolio and passing the Professional Test, I proudly bear the title Register Broker Register Appraiser. On November 4, 2019, I was sworn in by Onno Hoes, the then chairman of the NVM. More and more often I toyed with the idea of opening a second office for the Apeldoorn brokerage. And now the time has come: Fem Woningmakelaars. Nice to meet you!

My name is Kirsten Verhagen, married to Brian and we have two sons: Jari and Alek. 

We live in lovely Apeldoorn.

In the fall of 2021 I started the Assistant Broker course, because I have always had a great interest in real estate, especially the Living room. 

This training has recently been completed and I have now started the Candidate Broker training. In addition to the work for the appraisal office, I really want to get started with the purchase and sale of homes.

With Fem this becomes possible and also in my own hometown.
